Ma’ayan is a unique program providing the academic, social, and material support to create an optimal environment, enabling students to successfully complete their degrees. Graduates of the program pursue careers in a wide range of fields, including occupational therapy, computer science, education, medicine, nursing, biotechnology, law, social work, and more. The program offers academic mentorship, preparation for entering the workforce, interview simulations, CV writing, recommendation letters, networking, English tutoring, and a stipend.

Leadership Development

Nishmat’s leadership development series includes meaningful evening seminars from successful professional role models from the Ethiopian-Israeli community, as well as one-on-one personal and professional guidance by the program’s Director of Academic and Professional Advancement.
