Nishmat is a global center for Jewish women’s Torah study, leadership, and social responsibility. A vanguard for innovation and service, Nishmat’s mission is to serve the needs of Jewish women, families, and communities by educating leaders with vision, ambition, and empathy. Nishmat infuses thousands of women with Zionist ideals, Torah tradition, and commitment to serving the modern Jewish community.
Our Beit Midrash is fueled by a student body committed to personal growth and development, and towards a broader mission to the Jewish people. We offer a variety of programs for young women who dedicate a year or more to Torah study.
