Level Up pairs undergraduate and graduate degree holders at different phases of their careers with successful women professionals for a nine-month mentorship. Participant career advancement goals may include (among others) opening a business, attaining a certain position/rank in their field, gaining a specific skill, negotiating a better contract, or just ‘working smarter’ and more successfully in their current position. To date, four cohorts have completed the mentorship, totalling 48 participants .Participation in the program is conditional upon a preliminary interview with the program director, Dr. Esti Bar-El.

Program fee: 500 NIS.

A one-time scholarship of 1,000 NIS will be awarded upon completion of the program.

Program components:

Weekly Zoom meeting with an experienced mentor in a relevant professional field
Monthly group workshop on career development
