Bnot Sherut participants in Jerusalem and surrounding areas dedicate time to Torah study at the midrasha. The program includes two evening study sessions per week (Gemara or Tanach), group meetings with a dedicated coordinator, and three group Shabbatonim per year. There is also an option to join additional learning and activities at the beit midrash, such as evening study sessions (mishmarim), Yemei Iyun, Rosh Chodesh prayers, and more.
Sherut Kahalacha: National Service in Accordance with Halacha
Participants join a dedicated admin-only WhatsApp group for National Service participants, through which they receive a short weekly halachic message addressing the day-to-day realities of service in areas such as kashrut, holidays, Shabbat, prayer, and more. The group also provides an ongoing address for personal halachic questions that arise during service, allowing participants to receive sensitive, thoughtful, and precise guidance.
